Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute social media strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize ad spend and targeting for better ROI.
  • Create and manage monthly content strategies for social media platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to develop high-performing creatives and campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Assist in planning and running Google Ads campaigns when required.
  • Generate performance reports and insights for ongoing campaign improvements.

Qualification

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
  • Good understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and ad creatives.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and analytical thinking.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment. (Preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple brand accounts and campaigns simultaneously.(Preferred)
  • Understanding of content strategy and social media trends. (preferred)
