Before You Sign Up
Do I pay more as I add doctors or staff?+
No. Both plans include unlimited doctors and staff. The plans differ by features, never by headcount.
What happens at the end of the 7 free days?+
If you continue, your billing cycle starts on day 8. Cancel within the first 7 days and you pay nothing. The trial is on Pro; Basic is billed from the start.
Is GST extra?+
No. Every price includes 18% GST, and each payment produces an invoice with the GST itemised.
What happens if I cancel?+
You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling turns off the next renewal.
Can I switch plans or billing cycles later?+
Yes, from Billing inside the app. The change takes effect straight away.

Our healthcare marketing work with clinics showed us how much time front desks lose to spreadsheets, missed follow-ups and no-shows. So we built TinyClin. Our team designs, develops, hosts and supports it, and billing, invoices and customer support all come from Way WeDesign.
